Complete our quick registration form to create your account.
Fill out the supplier information form so we know what to expect.
Set up your communication preferences for updates and reports.
Receive your unique client code to track all your shipments.
Our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
Once your account is set up, you can start sending inventory to our facility:
Ship your products to our convenient Ottawa location.
We accept deliveries Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST.
All major carriers accepted (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post).
Include your unique client code on all shipments.
We'll provide detailed shipping instructions and address information after onboarding.
When your products arrive at our facility, we carefully process them:
Thorough check-in process with package count verification.
Detailed inventory counting and recording.
Quality control inspection for any visible damage.
Photo documentation if issues are found.
You'll receive a confirmation email with receiving details within 24 hours of delivery.
We prepare your products according to marketplace requirements:
Amazon FBA compliance verification.
Custom labeling with FNSKU or UPC codes.
Polybagging, bundling, and packaging as needed.
Product assembly if required.
Final quality verification before shipment.

Once prepped, we ship your products to their final destination:
Creation of Amazon shipment plans (if applicable).
Proper packaging for safe transit.

Tracking information provided via email.
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days, with express options available for urgent shipments.

Follow the flow of your products from arrival to final shipment:
If you're working with suppliers who will ship products directly to our facility, please ensure they follow these guidelines:
Include the client code (provided during onboarding) on all packages and paperwork.
Clearly mark each box with the box count (e.g., Box 1 of 5).
Include a packing slip with itemized contents in each shipment.
Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Contact us at least 24 hours before shipping large quantities (50+ boxes).
Email tracking information to our receiving department when shipments are sent.
We'll provide a detailed supplier instruction sheet during onboarding that you can forward to your vendors.
